How do I sign up for a class or private session?
To purchase a private session or reserve your spot in a class, simply add each service to basket and go thru the checkout process to complete your order. When selecting the class type there is a text box that allows you to indicate the date/day of the class you wish to attend. If you are purchasing mutliple classes or private sessions just type in the date of the first class you wish to attend. We will contact you via email with your digital class or private session card with instructions on how to reserve additional classes and sessions that you paid for.
I am new to yoga, are these classes good for beginners?
If you are cleared by a doctor to do exercise then you can do yoga. Yoga is low impact and poses can be modifed to fit all fitness levels, so yoga is good for almost everyone. We have classes for beginners on up and private yoga sessions are customized to your abilities. If you are considering yoga for the first time the Online Live Gentle Yoga would be a perfect place to start.
After I sign up for classes or private sessions, how do I video conference the class/session?
After signing up we will send a link or "invitation" to join the video conference. You can join via your computer, smart phone, or ipad. The invitation email will also include instructions on how to join a class or session.
Do I need a yoga mat or other equipment to start to take yoga classes?
We highly recommend a yoga mat, cold water and a towel. Some classes will give options for blocks, bolsters or straps but notice would be given upon reserving that class. The class description would also indicate that extra equipment would be needed.
What if I have questions before or after class?

What if I reserved a spot in a class but can no longer attend?
We require 24 hours cancellation for all private sessions and classes as we have limited reservations available. Our online appointments are essentially inventory that expires. If you book a spot in the class and do not show we cannot refund your purchase. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class or session taking place then you will receive a full refund or credit to your digital card. To cancel simply fill out the contact form on our web site and the time stamp of the message will be the time used to indicate whether a refund or credit is due.
How do I get the class on my TV, phone, ipad or computer?
It is actually very easy to view our live classes or private appointments on many devices. Our classes and appointments are live via the FREE Zoom video conferencing app available in the Apple or Android app store or sfotware available for your computer. Today our iphones and Android phones are mini hand held computers that are capable of live video conferencing or webinars as long as you have a strong wifi or internet connection. Once you have the app on your phone or tablet you can use Airplay or Mirror Cast to stream right to your TV in a few easy steps.
