This class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the Classical Pilates Mat Method with exercise variations and by using props and light weights. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
This class is currently scheduled for every Tuesday: 9:00am - 9:45am, Friday: 12:00pm - 12:30pm eastern.
After purchasing your online class admission, we will email you a link to join the class online. We Zoom Video Conference all of our classes and personal sessions so you will need to download the Zoom app for your phone or ipad, or install the software on your computer. If you have an iphone and an apple TV you can airplay the Zoom conference right to your TV.
If purchasing multiple classes, please type in the 1st class you would like to attend and we will send you a digital class card with instructions on how to redeem the remainder of your purchased online classes.
