Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is a know stress reducer that will improve coordination, cardiovascular health, mobility, balance, and flexibility. This class is perfect for those looking for a standing only practice.
This class is currently scheduled for every Wednesday: 12:00pm - 12:30pm eastern.

After purchasing your online class admission, we will email you a link to join the class online.  We Zoom Video Conference all of our classes and personal sessions so you will need to download the Zoom app for your phone or ipad, or install the software on your computer.  If you have an iphone and an apple TV you can airplay the Zoom conference right to your TV.  
If purchasing multiple classes, please type in the 1st class you would like to attend and we will send you a digital class card with instructions on how to redeem the remainder of your purchased online classes.
Monthly and Annual Members have access to all classes.
