This class is specifically designed to be gentle yoga for those who may be dealing with chronic illness, auto immune, injuries or other condition that has weakened your body physically to the point where movement and everyday activities have gotten harder over time. The fact is unless you step in with some type of physical activity to increase your strength and flexibility the degradation of your physical abilities may continue. Yoga can start to strengthen your core and ease the stress in your mind thru a positive mental approach to wellness that yoga offers. When dealing with life's obstacles and challenges you will feel better and withstand the effects of whatever you are battling with a regular mind and body yoga class by someone who has been helping people get stronger thru adversity for over 20 years. Adrienne is an EYTN and our main Gentle Yoga Instructor. You will quickly realize why she has been so in demand for over 20 years. This is the first time Adrienne has offered a live online yoga class.
